VOX Footswitch

A friend of mine asked me to build a small footswitch for his VOX AC30 as the supplied VOX item was too big to mount on his pedal board.
Here are a few pictures of the result:

As you can see, it is much more compact than the original.

LM386 Distortion

As an experiment I have built a couple of distortion pedals based around the LM386 audio amp. There are two versions, a medium and a high gain model. Both give a really nice sparkle to your tone due to the very high impedence of the input buffer, which places very little load on the guitar pickups. The distortion is very much straight-as-you-like without any colouration of the natural sound of your guitar.

Loop - E

This is a dual looper with true by-pass that was requested by Stu from the Exploits of Elaine. It is totally passive in design, only requiring power for the LEDs. In addition I have fitted a Tuner output (muted) for silent tuning which can also double up as an A/B selector.
